The deck is the largest offered as standard by any house-builder in the region. However, we wanted even more for our guests, so we have had it extended further to give exceptional space for the pool, sundeck and lanai (covered outdoor lounge). Our long south-facing sundeck features extra sun loungers and recliners. There is a huge 50ft lawn to the (rarely occupied) neighbouring house. You will not have to worry about neighbours, nor will you find the sun dipping over someone else's roof as the evening draws on! The beautiful tiled pool (28ft by 14ft) features a coloured rotating underwater light wheel, adjustable to suit your preference. Adjacent to the pool is a 7ft spa bath - what could be better for those aching limbs after a day touring the parks? The lanai has a table and four chairs, a ceiling fan and plenty of room to pull in the recliners when you have had your fill of the sun. To save you nipping back inside when nature calls or you fancy a refreshing shower, there are full bathroom facilities on the deck. We also find this acts as a handy changing-room for getting out of wet swimming gear. The rear of the house faces conservation wetland, containing a variety of wildlife and ensuring the pool deck will never be overlooked.
Features full size Professional Olhausen pool table. Also features nine game multi-table, including table soccer and air hockey. Table and chairs and a luxury carpet make this a great place to hang out when not at the parks or on the deck.
When we first came through the front door, after looking at many houses over several days, the sight of this lounge was one of those "drop-dead" moments that we re-live time and time again. It is huge and it is gorgeous. Imagine the wonderful unspoilt view directly ahead of you; the magnificent open-plan staircase climbing away to the side; the luxurious soft furniture just waiting for you to snuggle down in front of the TV and DVD player. To one side is the large dining and kitchen area and on the other side is the entrance to the first of the master bedroom suites.
Located at the front upstairs of the house, this twin-bedded room is the first choice for the young and young-at-heart. Furnished and decorated in a Disney theme, what better room to come home to after a day at one of the Disney parks? You can even watch the Disney channel on your own private TV!
This is our personal favourite suite: away from everyone else with wonderful views over the deck to the countryside beyond. The bedroom has a sumptuous king-size bed (most houses only offer queen size). On the dresser is your personal TV with remote control. To one side, you have your own personal access to the deck and pools; to the other is your private corridor. This features a large closet, a WC room and, at the end of the corridor, the impressive bathroom with walk-in shower, separate tub and a washbasin each (well, in a suite of this quality, it is the least we can add for you). You won't find better anywhere.
The spacious dining room includes a large table and 8 chairs. It is next to the kitchen and looks out onto the pools and countryside. As in the rest of the house, we have added extra pelmets to the windows, as we feel these add considerably to the look and feel of the room (just compare us with all those houses who have blank white walls and nothing but white blinds). A breakfast bar separates the dining room from the kitchen: we have two bar stools there for those who prefer informal dining. The kitchen includes all you could want: cooker, toaster, blender, microwave, etc. We have also upgraded the fridge-freezer to include an ice/cold water-dispenser in the door (well, why open a heavy door on a hot day when you don't need to?)
Along the corridor to games room door, we have a room with WC + hand basin. Also along that corridor, we have a utility area, featuring heavy-duty washing machine and tumble drier, iron + ironing board. The house has an emergency lighting system in the event of power failure. We have fire extinguishers on both floors. All doors to the pool and deck are alarmed in order to give parents peace of mind when young children are running free. There are 100 hangers in the closets, 60 towels and spare bed linen (beds are already made with the first set before you arrive).
Try this for the ultimate in privacy and luxury. This suite is accessed by its own gallery walkway and occupies the whole of the south side of the house upstairs. It is furnished to the same high standard as the downstairs master (complete with king size bed and TV remote control). There is the largest walk-in closet in the house and a private bathroom with WC, basin and walk-in shower. If you have the choice of the two master suites then, sorry, we have given you a really difficult decision to make.
This large bedroom has the best access to the stairs and to the upstairs lounge and balcony. Situated away from all other bedrooms, it is furnished with twin beds, nightstand, chest of drawers, mirror, lamps, clothes closet and, of course, TV, your guests will love this room. The adjacent bathroom includes shower-bath, twin basins and WC. For seclusion, a private bathroom and the best access to the most desirable parts of the house, this is the room for you.
This large, twin-bedded room benefits from private access to the front bathroom. As well as the high quality furniture you would expect, this room features a Playstation2 which runs through the TV. Are you sure that you'd prefer the Disney room now? The en suite bathroom includes shower-bath, WC and twin wash basins.
One of the stars of the show. The plush sofa, tables and lamps make this the ideal place to chill. You can look out from on high over the conservation wetlands and, when the view becomes irresistible, stroll out onto the balcony, which we have added to the specification. We have provided outdoor furniture there because we know you will find it hard to go back inside for ages. However, when you do go back in, you will not only find the soft furnishings but also the high speed internet-ready PC. If you fancy web surfing or keeping up with your emails then you can do so 24/7 at no extra charge.
